What happens after you get in touch

First conversation. Fifteen minutes, directly with Robert. You describe what you are planning or what is going wrong, and we say openly whether and how we can help. No sales pitch, no slides, and if we are not the right people we will tell you who might be.
Assessment. Within a few days you receive a written assessment: the recommended approach, the rough effort, and the people from the team who fit it. If a VM will do instead of a cluster, or buying would be smarter than building, that is exactly what we write.
Start. We deliberately start small: an architecture workshop, an audit, or a first sprint. That way both sides see how working together feels before large budgets move, and you keep control over scope and cost at every stage.

Frequently asked about getting in touch

What does the first conversation cost?: Nothing. The first fifteen minutes are a mutual check, not a consulting service. The clock starts only when we do concrete work, and we say so beforehand.
Can we sign an NDA first?: Yes, any time. Send us yours, or we will provide ours: a short note to info@devs-group.ch is enough, and the document usually comes back signed the same day.
Do you work remotely or on site?: Both. We are based in Kreuzlingen, and we work wherever it serves the project: at the Federal Office of Information Technology that means inside existing teams, on site and remote; with startups it is usually remote with regular sessions together. Our tools and processes have been set up for distributed work for years.
What is the fastest way to reach you?: For appointments, the calendar above; for everything else, email to info@devs-group.ch. It reaches Robert and Ralph directly rather than a ticket system, and is answered within 24 hours on working days. Where do on-site meetings take place?: At Hauptstrasse 35 in 8280 Kreuzlingen, a five-minute walk from Kreuzlingen station and right on the German border at Konstanz. For clients in Zurich, Bern or St. Gallen we come to you; most live projects we run where the client's team sits anyway.
Who are we the wrong contact for?: Website builders and one-off campaign apps. If you treat software as critical infrastructure and are looking for a partner for architecture, engineering and operations, you are in the right place; if you just need something cheap quickly, you will not be happy with us. That honesty saves both sides time, and it is why our client relationships usually run for years.
