Projects and case studies
A look at work we have delivered for clients – from Bitcoin brokerage through govtech to cloud-native infrastructure.
Nine documented projects and case studies from Switzerland show how devs group works and what comes out of it: from the Bitcoin broker backend for Relai AG through the form service for the Swiss Federal Office of Information Technology to the Kubernetes ERP rollout for 100 opticians.
How these case studies are written
Anyone can write a client list; it only becomes checkable through detail. So we document finished projects as case studies containing everything a technical reader needs in order to judge whether our answers fit their problem. It is how we would want to read a reference ourselves, and it is how our clients prefer to decide: on evidence rather than assertion. The case studies are deliberately unexcited, they are maintained for as long as the systems run, and they gain a chapter with every project we finish.
Every project belongs to one of our four core competencies: backend & frontend for custom software such as the Descartes pension app, Kubernetes & infrastructure for platforms such as GMG's ERP deployment, artificial intelligence & machine learning for ML systems such as Husten-Check, and blockchain & DePIN for Relai and onocoy. Each services page lists the matching projects right beside it.
Every case study follows the same structure: the client's starting position, the solution with the technologies actually used, named and versioned, and the result in operation — because that is where software proves what it is worth. Where there are numbers, they come from the project rather than from marketing: no interchangeable logos without context, no impressive percentages without the denominator behind them. Each case study answers the most common questions about the project itself, and several carry the client's own words, from a federal office to a startup CTO.
The range is deliberate: fintech with Relai and Descartes Finance, public administration with the FOITT, Web3 and DePIN with onocoy, health tech with Husten-Check, plus e-commerce and real estate. What they share: systems that have to run reliably, built with Go, Kubernetes and clean architecture, which travels between industries rather better than any narrow sector reference would suggest. Missing a scenario like yours? Ask anyway. A first conversation costs you fifteen minutes and us an honest answer — at best, the beginning of the next case study on this page.
