Four ways to work with us
Project delivery
We take on end-to-end technical responsibility, from the architecture decision to go-live: one team, one point of contact, one result. That is how the broker backend for Relai, the pension app for Descartes Finance and the FOITT form service were built.
Co-development and team extension
Our engineers work inside your existing teams, in your processes and your infrastructure — as they have for years at the Federal Office of Information Technology in Scrum and SAFe structures. What sets it apart from ordinary body leasing: the Go expertise is passed on within the team and stays there when the engagement ends.
Operations and support
We run what we build, and we take over existing systems too: Kubernetes clusters, upgrades, observability and support with defined response times. Responsibility after launch stays where the knowledge about the system is.
Audit and second opinion
An outside look at architecture, infrastructure or codebase, with a written finding and prioritised recommendations. Often the start of a working relationship: small, inexpensive and honest — including when the answer is that you do not need a new system at all, but two targeted changes to the one you have.
The sequence is the same in every model: first we understand the business model and the requirements, then the architecture decision is made, then it is built in short cycles, and after launch we stay responsible for operating and evolving it. We choose the technology per project rather than per fashion: Go where reliability over years is what counts, Kubernetes where scale justifies it, and deliberately less where less is enough. The four phases are described in detail on the about page, along with the values behind them.
Across all four models the same holds: the articles on the blog show how we think, the case studies show what comes out of it. The two together are the most honest reference a software company can offer, and rather more informative than any certification logo in a footer.
