The project: taking property purchase digital

Herzberg Immobilien needed a comprehensive digital solution to cover the property purchase process end to end and improve communication between buyers and sales advisers. The central challenge was creating a transparent tool that accompanies clients fully digitally from the first property search to the signing of the purchase contract, while steering internal processes efficiently.

The solution: full-stack digitalisation with Vue and a REST API

devs group was chosen as strategic partner to represent the property purchase through a seamless digital platform. Our know-how moved the project decisively forward.

Architecture and frontend: we built a robust REST API as the heart of the platform and a dynamic dashboard frontend in Vue.js that is genuinely intuitive to use.

End-to-end digital process: the platform covers the whole journey – from creating a client profile and showing matching properties, through detailed process steps (brochure, financing, calculation templates), to the draft purchase contract and booking a notary appointment.

Efficiency and administration: an integrated admin area lets Herzberg’s staff create properties, upload documents, manage suggestions and guide clients actively through the whole purchase process.

Automated communication: we implemented a mail service that informs clients and advisers automatically about every relevant action (confirmations, appointments, uploads), which simplifies communication considerably.

Which steps of a property purchase does the platform cover?

All of them between search and notary appointment: profile creation, matching properties, brochure, financing documents, calculation templates, draft purchase contract, and booking the notary. Buyers and sales advisers see the same state of play rather than reconciling it by email.
